Once your order has been placed, you not able to modify it. This includes billing and shipping addresses, credit card information and product quantity.
You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed (unless your product is on backorder). Please note that your request may not be able to be approved if your order has already been shipped. Contact us at email@example.com.
If your order cannot be cancelled, you will get an email notification when the order is shipped. If you still do not want the products, you may refuse shipment. If you are unable to refuse shipment, email us firstname.lastname@example.org to submit a request to return your order.
You can submit a request to return a portion of your order or the entire order. Email us at email@example.com to initiate a return. A return address will be provided and the package must be received within 30 days. For your protection, we recommend that the items be returned using a mail carrier that provides shipment tracking or insurance. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping and handling fees.
To request a refund, you must look up your order and then use the request a refund option to submit your request. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Your refund credit will appear on your card 7-10 business days after we receive your returned package.
